What is MOFA attestation and when do I need it?

MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation is the process of authenticating Pakistani documents for international use. Documents must first be attested by the relevant authority (HEC for degrees, NADRA for certificates), then MOFA attests them. MOFA attestation is required when using Pakistani documents in foreign countries — especially GCC nations for employment, visa, and immigration purposes.
