1. Services

We provide legal advisory and representation services for overseas Pakistanis in matters relating to Pakistani law. Our services are provided from our office in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We are registered with the Pakistan Bar Council with right of audience at the Lahore High Court.

2. Client Relationship

A lawyer-client relationship is established only when: you have formally instructed us, we have accepted the instruction, and a fee agreement is in place. Initial consultations via WhatsApp or email do not create a lawyer-client relationship.

3. Fees

Our fees are quoted in advance and agreed before work commences. Government fees (NADRA, court, embassy) are separate and advised upfront. We do not charge hidden fees. Payment terms are agreed per engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, courts, NADRA, or third parties beyond our control. Timelines provided are estimates based on typical processing times and are not guarantees.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared with us is treated as confidential under the lawyer-client privilege. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., filing with NADRA or courts) or as required by law.
