Yes. You can sign the POA abroad and have it attested at the Pakistan Embassy/Consulate in your country, or by a local notary with apostille. We handle the Pakistan-side registration.

A General POA gives broad authority to act on all matters. A Special POA is limited to specific tasks — like selling a property or appearing in a particular court case. We recommend Special POA for most overseas clients.

A POA remains valid until revoked by the principal, or until the specified task is completed (for Special POA). We recommend including an expiry date for security.
