Yes. We draft the Power of Attorney according to Pakistani law (Power of Attorney Act 1882), you sign it at the Pakistan High Commission London (35-36 Lowndes Square, SW1X 9JN) or at consulates in Birmingham, Bradford, Manchester, or Glasgow. Alternatively, you can sign before a UK solicitor/notary, get it legalised by the FCO, and attested at the Pakistan High Commission. We then register the POA with the Sub-Registrar in Pakistan.
