How to get a death certificate from NADRA?

A death certificate is first registered with the Union Council where the death occurred. We file the registration on your behalf and then apply to NADRA for the computerised death certificate. Required documents: report of death, CNIC/NICOP of the deceased, identification of the applicant, and a Power of Attorney. The process takes 7-15 business days. A death certificate is essential for succession certificate applications and inheritance matters.
