The registration of a property sale deed at the Sub-Registrar office under the Registration Act 1908. Registration is compulsory for all property transfers exceeding PKR 100 in value. The sale deed is stamped (stamp duty paid) and registered, creating an official record of the transaction. Without registration, a sale deed has limited legal force.
