MOFA Attestation

Attestation by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan — required for Pakistani documents to be used abroad. MOFA attestation is part of the document legalisation chain: the document is first attested by the relevant authority (HEC for degrees, NADRA for certificates), then MOFA attests it for international use.
